Products and Services

Ravenkart offers NFC-enabled digital business cards and related services, custom-designed for each customer. Each product is manufactured according to the information provided by the customer.

Important: No changes can be made to the product once the order is confirmed. Digital business cards are personalized products, so please review your information carefully before placing your order.

Notice: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. Ravenkart is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Use content and images that do not infringe on any copyrights
  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purposes
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Make subscription payments on time

Service Delivery

Activation Time

Digital business cards are activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. For special cases, please contact our customer support.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. In the event of unexpected outages, we will notify users as soon as possible.

Technical Support

Technical support is available via email and phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00). For urgent matters, 24/7 email support is available.

Cancellation and Refunds

Important Refund Policy

Digital business cards are personalized products and are non-refundable after activation. A separate refund policy applies to subscription services.

Subscription Cancellation

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle
  • • Access to services continues until the end of the current period
  • • No partial refunds are issued for cancelled services

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors or service provider–related issues. Please contact customer support for such cases.

Limitation of Liability

Ravenkart takes all necessary measures to maintain service quality; however, it cannot be held liable for the following:

  • •Data loss resulting from user error
  • •Interruptions caused by third-party services
  • •Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
  • •Content uploaded by users that infringes on copyrights
  • •Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by users

Legal Framework

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Ravenkart reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after notification.

If you access or use Ravenkart through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply. By downloading or using the app, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
