Refund & Return Policy

Each Ravenkart digital business card is custom-designed and created with your personal information. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not available once an order has been confirmed.

However, we are here to help! If you experience any issues, complaints, or have feedback about the product, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is always our goal.

Why Are Refunds Not Available?

Personalization

Each digital business card is uniquely created with your name, contact information, and preferences. This personalized content cannot be used by anyone else.

Digital Product

Digital business cards are not physical products. Once assigned to your account, they are immediately ready for use and cannot be returned.

Instant Activation

Your business card is activated and your QR code is generated as soon as payment is confirmed. This process is irreversible.

Service Costs

Infrastructure, hosting, security, and technical support costs are incurred as soon as you start using the service.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following special circumstances:

Technical Failure

If you are unable to use the service due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund may be issued.

Payment Error

If your credit card was accidentally charged more than once, the overcharged amount will be refunded immediately.

Service Outage

In the event of a service outage lasting more than 7 days, your subscription period will be extended or a partial refund may be issued.

Note: For exceptional cases, you must contact our customer support and provide a detailed explanation of your situation.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscription

  • • 7-day free trial for monthly subscriptions
  • • Full refund available within the first 24 hours
  • • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • • Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time

Annual Subscription

  • • Partial refund may be considered within the first 30 days
  • • Calculation based on unused months
  • • Minimum 3-month usage fee applies
  • • Administrative processing fee (10%) may be deducted

Refund Process

For subscription refund requests, please contact our customer support. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
